Would you believe that this 'oh so blurry and simple' forest in the background was such a pain to draw? Better believe, because it was. But in the end I'm pleased of it look, so it was worth the time

This image is incredibly beautiful. The background really calls to me - like the most peaceful place on earth

The characters and their camaraderie is portrayed in a very playful, subtle manner that really works with the setting. It's strange to see a horse this colour (flaxen chestnut or a very dark palomino?) with blue eyes. I'm not usually a fan, but it looks stunning here.

The only thing that I think looks a little off is the left foreleg. It looks a little bit fixed, but it could be me. Hindlegs are the bane of my existance, though, and in this, yours look soft and very natural.
