Second commission for Lizkay, this time I painted her characters Äladhal and Halfhern (unique deer like mount)

I wanted to made Halfhern's mane more visible but in the same way I just loved this angle for the neck and head... so in the end you can only barely see that the mane really is here. I could add some strokes of mane wrapped around the head or neck, but in my opinion it was not looking good.

I regret a bit that Äladhal's face is so small when resized and there is not much detail visible. I maybe add some close up of them to show it

Oh and one more thing - isn't his head too big? Or maybe it's just his lover part of the body that's to small?
